Conformal design – Enables round and gradual flow path transitions and eliminates the need for plugging.

Forged tool steel – Extensive range of EU-manufactured materials equivalent to your specified steel grades.

Polished channels – our proprietary MFT technology enables channel polishing and coating before bonding, ensuring smoothness below 0,5 Ra. 

More uniform resin distribution – Equal flow paths across all cavities ensure consistent resin flow, resulting in uniform part quality.

Quicker color/material change – Optimized flow paths and reduced residence times lead to faster heat-up, cooling, and overall cycle times.

Cycle time reduction –  Optimal resin temperature, minimizing residence time, and lowering the pressure requirements, resulting in faster injection speeds.
