Conformal design – Enables round and gradual flow path transitions and eliminates the need for plugging.

Forged tool steel – Wide selection of EU made materials that equal your currently specified steel grades.

No leakage – Utilizes a single inlet and outlet, effectively eliminating leakage points and simplifying the cooling circuit.

More uniform heat distribution – Conformally cooled components enable more even heat distribution over the working surface, resulting in more uniform and rapid cooling.

Cycle time reduction – Combining the advantages of iTherm® Gate Insert with bushing, you can significantly shorten cycle time.

Lifespan extension – Shorter spraying time and consequently reduced thermal loads and thermally induced stress increase the number of shots before the crack initiation and propagation.
