Our customer, who produces closures, was trying to prevent thermal warping on the top surface and avoid leakage.
We engineered an iTherm® insert with specially designed cooling to address the ununiform temperature on the working surface of the insert.

Conclusion

Using iTherm® resulted in a more uniform temperature and a 26% lower average temperature of the Insert‘s working surface.
